Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure

MDNet is aware of the issues associated with the programming code in existing computer systems as the year 2000 approaches. The "Year 2000" problem is concerned with whether computer systems will properly recognize date sensitive information when the year changes to 2000. Systems that do not properly recognize such information could generate wrong data or fail. The Year 2000 problem is pervasive and complex, as virtually every company's computer operations will potentially be affected in some way.

Since the day to day operations of our medically dedicated operations rely heavily on our computer systems, MDNet has taken reasonable best efforts to identify and correct potential Y2K problems. We have not found any date dependent system problems to date and don't expect to as the calendar progresses. Contingency plans have been prepared in the event that any unforseen or unexpected problems arise or compliance strategies fail including failures of our technology partner companies. MDNet is dedicated to continually monitor and upgrade any hardware or software that is found to be non Y2K compliant. Once again, it is not anticipated that the calendar changes through January 1, 2000 will have any or significant impact on operations of MDNet.

The internal hardware and software systems of MDNet have been evaluated and compliance of all systems has been verified through the related manufacturers statements coupled with our engineer testing. MDNet has made every reasonable effort possible to ensure seamless software and hardware operations through the year 2000, but must trust that our technology partners have done the same with their systems. We encourage our customers to evaluate their own systems and check with the appropriate manufacturers for their Y2K disclosure statements.

This statement does not modify, amend or alter any contract between MDNet and any of our customers nor does it constitute an additional warranty, representation undertaking or wavier by MDNet of any kind.

The information provided on this web site constitutes a Year 2000 readiness disclosure under the Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act.
